Customized items are produced separately and may require up to 45 days for production. Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Delivery in Ukraine
Parcels in Ukraine are sent by Nova Poshta. You can order delivery to the door or the pick-up point. We ship deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
International delivery
We ship worldwide, except to russia and belarus, via the following services:
Nova Post — delivery to branch / pickup point / courier delivery;
Ukrposhta — courier delivery. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout (free shipping for orders over €150).
Orders with Nova Post shipping are dispatched the next business day after placing the order. When choosing Nova Post, delivery to Europe usually takes 3–7 days, to the USA — 7–10 days. Ukrposhta shipments are sent once a week.
Please note: shipments are sent from Ukraine. For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
