Return and exchange
If you want to return the goods, it is important to:
- Leave a check and packaging.
- Preserve the presentation: do not wear the item and do not cut off the tags.
- Send the goods back within 14 days after receiving the parcel.

- Customized goods cannot be refunded, or exchanged.
If you didn’t like the product or it didn’t fit, you pay the return shipping cost yourself. If the item is defective or we made a mistake with the order — return shipping at our expense.
The money will be returned to you within 30 days after processing the return. We will deduct the cost of delivery and the commission for the transfer if any.
