How to return an item

Keep the receipt and the original packaging. The item must be unworn, with all tags in place. You have 14 days from the day you receive the parcel.

Customized items can't be returned or exchanged.

Write to [email protected] and we will walk you through the return. If the item didn't fit or you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If it's defective or we sent the wrong item, we pay it.

The refund arrives within 30 days after the return is processed. Shipping costs and transfer fees, if any, are deducted from it.
