Delivery in Ukraine

We ship across Ukraine with Nova Poshta: to a branch, a parcel locker or your door (couriers deliver to the building entrance). Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days.

Orders placed outside business hours go out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Weekend and holiday orders go out on the next business day. Customized items are made to order, so production can take up to 30 days before shipping.

When the parcel is on its way, we email you the tracking number. Track it on the Nova Poshta website.

International delivery with Nova Post

The fast option. We ship worldwide, except to russia and belarus.

Europe: 3-7 business days. The best rates are in countries where Nova Post has its own branches: Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK and Moldova.

USA: 7-10 business days. Rest of the world: from 7 business days.

Delivery goes to a branch, a pickup point or by courier. The exact cost is calculated at checkout from the destination and the parcel size. Orders over 150 EUR ship free. We dispatch the next business day and email you the tracking number. Follow the parcel on the Nova Post tracking page.

International delivery with Ukrposhta

The budget option. Flat rate of 16 EUR, free for orders over 150 EUR. Parcels are sent once a week.

Delivery to Europe and the USA takes about 2-3 weeks, to other countries up to 4 weeks. The list of countries and current terms is on the Ukrposhta website. Tracking: track.ukrposhta.ua.

Customs

Parcels are sent from Ukraine, so at the border the destination country may charge import duties, taxes or other fees on your order. This is not a second payment for shipping: the fee is charged by the state for bringing goods in, and it is not included in the price of your order or in the delivery cost.

These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country under its own law and are beyond our control. The amount depends on the country, the order value and the contents of the parcel.

All additional costs related to customs clearance are paid by the buyer. We as the seller are not responsible for these charges.
