We know you want to receive your merch as soon as possible, so we use the proven delivery services. With them, your order will arrive on time and undamaged.

Delivery in Ukraine

Parcels in Ukraine are sent by Nova Poshta. You can order delivery to the door or the pick-up point. The usual delivery time by Nova Poshta is 1-3 business days. After assembling the order, we will send the invoice number, so you can track the delivery on the postal service website.
Exceptions are customized products that are made being produced up to 30 days. Orders placed after business hours are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are dispatched on the first business day thereafter.

Worldwide Shipping

If you live in another country, it’s not a problem. We ship orders worldwide via Nova Post or Ukrposhta, except to russia and belarus.

NOVA POST (PRIORITY DELIVERY)

Estimated delivery time to Europe is 3–7 business days (favorable rates to countries where Nova Post operates: Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Moldova, Spain, France, Austria, Netherlands, United Kingdom), to the USA — 7–10 business days, and to the rest of the world — from 7 business days.
Shipping is available both to branches or pickup points (all available locations in your city can be viewed during checkout via prompts on the website or here) and via courier delivery to most countries worldwide. Shipping cost (excluding VAT and customs duties) is calculated automatically at checkout depending on the destination and parcel dimensions (free shipping for orders over 150 €). Orders are shipped on the next business day after placement (except for customized orders). Once your order is ready for shipment, tracking details will be sent to your email. You can track your parcel on the official Nova Post tracking website.

UKRPOSHTA

You can review the full list of countries we ship to here. Due to current circumstances, delivery to Europe and the USA takes approximately 2–3 weeks, and up to 4 weeks for other countries. Estimated delivery times to your country can be checked on the Ukrposhta website. Shipping cost is fixed — 16 €, free for orders over 150 €. Orders are shipped once a week. You can track your parcel via the provided link.

IMPORTANT

For international deliveries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees according to the laws of the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control. All additional costs related to customs clearance must be paid by the buyer.We as the seller are not responsible for these charges.
