How long does it take to deliver my order?
We know you want to receive your merch as soon as possible, so we use the proven delivery services. With them your order will arrive on time and undamaged.
Delivery in Ukraine
Parcels in Ukraine are sent by Nova Poshta on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. You can order delivery to the door or the pick-up point. The usual delivery time by Nova Poshta is 1-3 business days. After assembling the order, we will send the invoice number, so you can track the delivery on the postal service website. Exceptions are customized products that are produced within up to 30 days. Orders placed after business hours are dispatched on the next business day.
Worldwide Shipping
If you live in another country, it’s not a problem. We ship orders worldwide via Nova Post or Ukrposhta, except to Russia and Belarus.
NOVA POST
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days to Europe, 7–10 business days to the USA, and from 7 business days to the rest of the world.
Delivery is available to branches or parcel lockers (you can view all available branches in your city during checkout via the prompts on the website or here), as well as courier delivery to most countries worldwide. Shipping cost (excluding VAT or customs duties) is calculated automatically at checkout depending on the destination and the physical parameters of the parcel. Free shipping is available for orders from €150. Orders are shipped on the next business day after the order is placed (except for customized orders). Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive delivery details and a tracking number by email.

You can find the list of available countries we deliver here. Due to current circumstances, parcels to Europe and the USA usually arrive within 2–3 weeks, and to other countries within up to 4 weeks. Estimated delivery times to your country can be found on the Ukrposhta website. You can track your shipment using this link. Orders are processed for now on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend, we will assemble and ship it on the next Monday. The shipping cost is fixed — 850 UAH, and free for orders from €150. You can track your shipment using this link.
IMPORTANT
For international deliveries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees according to the laws of the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control. All additional costs related to customs clearance must be paid by the buyer.We as the seller are not responsible for these charges.

Return and exchange
If you wish to return a product, please note the following:

- keep the receipt and original packaging;

- preserve the product’s condition: do not wear the item or remove the tags;

- send the product back within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you do not like the product or it does not fit, please contact us at [email protected]. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is defective or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after the return request has been submitted.

How can I pay for my order?
Bank Card on the website
The easiest and fastest way to pay. Payment will go through LiqPay, a secure money transfer system. Suitable for those who use Visa and Mastercard.
Cash on Delivery
If you plan to pick up the parcel at the Nova Poshta office, you can pay for the order by cash on delivery, but it will be more expensive than prepaid. For the return transfer, you will need to pay 20 UAH + 2% of the order value.
PayPal, BLIK, ZEN, WeChat Pay
These payment methods are available at checkout. You do not need to contact us additionally.
Direct account payments
If you order a large batch of goods, you can make a payment directly to our bank account. To get the details, write to us at [email protected].
