How long does it take to deliver my order?
Ukraine: Nova Poshta, usually 3-4 business days. Europe: Nova Post, 3-7 business days. USA: 7-10 business days. Other countries: Ukrposhta, 2-4 weeks.
Custom items add up to 30 days of production. Orders over 150 EUR ship free.
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. The buyer pays those, and they are not included in the order or shipping cost.

Return and exchange
You have 14 days after receiving the parcel. Keep the receipt, the packaging and the tags, the item must be unworn. Custom items are non-returnable. The refund takes up to 30 days. The full process: Returns page.

How can I pay for my order?
At checkout: Visa or Mastercard via LiqPay, PayPal, BLIK, ZEN, WeChat Pay. In Ukraine you can also pay cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch, it adds 20 UAH plus 2% of the order value. Bulk orders can go by invoice, write to [email protected]. Details: Payment page.
