Delivery in Ukraine
Parcels in Ukraine are sent by Nova Poshta. You can order delivery to the door or the pick-up point. We ship deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
International delivery
We ship worldwide, except to russia and belarus, via:
Nova Post — delivery to a branch / parcel locker / courier delivery;
Ukrposhta — courier delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (free international shipping for orders over €150). When choosing Nova Post, delivery to Europe usually takes 3–7 days, to the USA — 7–10 days.
Please note: shipments are sent from Ukraine. For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
